Ken Hinds sky interview responding to:-
A Bristol police officer caught on video firing a Taser at a man tasked with easing relations between the black community and local police after they mistook him for a wanted criminal.
Judah Adunbi, 63, was approached by officers while he was walking his dog near his home in Bristol.
Video footage recorded by a neighbor show police asking Adunbi to identify himself, which he refuses to do. (Which he is legally entitled to withhold)
How could a non-threatening stop encounter lead to such an unprovoked attack? You judge for yourself.
The video seems to strongly suggest the need for the community to have a say into the police current procedures / standard training/awareness and the context where taster should be used.
